Selfknowledge
Our most inner nature

Selfknowledge is to know our most inner nature, who we really are.
This is not an abstract idea or mental concept what can be discuss or proofed, rather the real experience which we feel when we are the present moment.
Selfknowledge is the realisation that all existence is Consciousness.

The Selfknowledge Experience
The Selfknowledge Experience can’t be capture by the mind, it is beyond all mental-activity. In this experience we are One with All, but not like a separate part that joins a bigger part, but as the One itself. We are in the very sense of the word One [One without a second, everything and everybody in the ever present moment]. The mind will always stay at the surface, for its lineal functionality. Thats why it is impossible to understand the Selfknowledge Experience. Somehow we can compare it with the Love Experience, it just fills our whole being, every cell is vibrating when the love is real, but there is no way to understand love [with the mind].

The Selfknowledge Experience is love, compassion, kindness, serenity and peace, but also the opposite of this feelings. In this experience we know deeply in our hearts that life is the game of the opposite.

Freedom and Goodness
In Selfknowledge we are directly connected to the basically Goodness of existence, this experience is free of wishful thinking, attachments, suffering and death. We know beyond all doubts and critics that life is One event and therefore death is just an illusion, an arbitrary way to think. Or just in few words; Selfknowledge transcend all limitations.

Selfknowledge and the ordinary life
Some call it the mystical experience, Christ experience, awakening, spiritual transcendence and so on, this kind of expressions create more confusion then they do good. A person who lives in Selfknowledge has no need to talk about it, an less for a specific reason in a determinate situation, which basically means sharing experience, information and knowledge in the process of lifting up the evolution of consciousness. Actually there is no difference between mystical, normal, spiritual and non-spiritual [because all that exist is the One Consciousness].

Selfknowledge is the highest and deepest experience that we are able to realise. We know this living vibrating aliveness what Selfknowledge is, when everything is just perfect, but normally it is a very brief experience and our interpretation is almost all the time the wrong one. The pre-personal and personal level of consciousness will always interpret Selfknowledge as “my” experience, for the simple fact that the ego is the centre of our lifes. And when we personalise life it will always end up in conflict, because we have to protect what is ours.

From the transpersonal level on we know that Selfknowledge not “belong” to us, in the same way as the air we breathe is not ours.

Different degrees of Selfknowledge

Selfknowledge is not a static experience and even less a conventional knowledge. At every level of consciousness we can experience it. But it depends on the interpretation which make beneficial or destructive. On the lower levels of consciousness the Selfknowledge Experience finally leads to dogmatism and conflict, for the simple reason, because the ego make it his own experience. From the transpersonal level on, Selfknowledge becomes the key in the process of building a truly conscious and integral life.
