Cómo superar el sufrimiento y expandir la conciencia.
Ser consciente es lo más fácil en el mundo, es la presencia del aquí y ahora, el Yo Soy, y paradójicamente es también lo mas difícil.
No hay que hacer nada para conseguirlo porque el Yo Soy ya esta presente, es el eterno momento, es el espacio en el que el contenido de la vida se despliega. Nuestra locura es que buscamos algo que ya es y que ya somos. La experiencia del Yo Soy nos libera de la presión de ser diferentes, de la necesidad de algo mejor o algo más, y de este modo reconocemos lo que es real. Desde esta posición actuamos en consecuencia para preparar la transformación de la conciencia.
Los pasos de preparación, son un “hacer sin hacer” tal como describen las antiguas tradiciones espirituales a este proceso. Es como el cultivo de un jardín, sembramos, podamos, abonamos…etc. y mas tarde se hace por si mismo; el jardín florece, las frutas nacen en su debido momento. Cuando el jardín está en su esplendor, ya no depende de nosotros todo el esplendor se muestra por si mismo.
Lo que tenemos que aprender y practicar es a cultivar la presencia del aquí y ahora, esta es la preparación y el cuidado de nuestro terreno. La transformación llegará por si misma. Este es el camino de la sabiduría.
