becoming   life pattern _ conscious structure
It is the living and dying which happens simultaneously and constantly in the here and now.  The one movement that never stops.  Easily forgotten but universally present.
The sculptures BECOMING are Life Pattern _ Conscious Structure growing out of the decomposed state of roots and branches of trees and shrubs, found in nature, in the mud, eaten by all kinds of insects and fungus.

Destine to die to give new life. The eternal process of transformation .
Unexpectedly this process makes a turn to become Conscious Art.

It reminds us that we are also constantly transforming, we are dying now, we are reborn now, we are the process of BECOMING.
Color represents the conscious realization.
Wood is the ground on which this process happens.
This artwork is a bridge that's joins the opposites of life, that transcend duality.

Every time we contemplate or observe it, we can connect with our true inner nature.
In this very moment, we are eternal consciousness.
Becoming 8 The Dancer
Life and death are one, we can't have one without another

1º aspect

Its a reminder of our true inner nature.
Pure consciousness beyond time and space.
Let the mind rest and contemplate the sculpture in its own present, let the form and the color connect you with the unnameable. Words are needless. Let the experience of consciousness happens.

2º aspect

Death becomes conscious _ art.
The roots and branches used in the sculptures were destine to disappear very soon, I found them broken, rotten, full of insects and fungus. The tree/bush was already gone. Pure transformation processing.
In the process of creation the understanding becomes very clear, this rotten pieces of wood are a tool to see the beauty of transformation.
Under normal condition we will not notice them but the amazing beauty was already there, it just make itself visible.

3º aspects

Contact with the earth.
In post modern times it’s essential to re-connect with the earth. To feel her, to touch her, to recognize her in us. We have forgotten to love her for her own and not for what she can gives us. Earth is nature and we are nature, this way we are the earth. What we do to the earth we do to ourselves. Forgetting this is insanity.

4º aspect

The work itself.
It is contemplation in action.
The illusion of “I do” is transcended.
The direct contact with the earth is the gateway to the experience of selfknowledge.
It is doing without doing.
The wood tells what to do. Leaving behind intention and start feeling what is, opens up the possibilities that the wood offers.
Let nature transcend the concept of  I do

5º aspect
The unknown

Don’t look for reference patterns like faces, known structures or anything that link you with  memory. There is no need to find anything in the sculpture, the sculpture is present in itself and with that present we should connect. Let the unknown be the guide to stillness.
It is the work itself, in the absence of  I do  which connects us with Selfknowledge, this is the art of non-doing
