The Art of Consciousness***Being conscious is an art;
it means to be creative, open to the unknown and let the natural flow of existence take control.The Art of Consciousness embodies contemplation, compassion, trust, discipline and effortless action. Beyond the madness of modern times and egocentric suffering, this art is a journey to discover our true nature.
It is not a philosophy, but a way of living that exist for thousands of years, throughout the time it has changed its “face”, finding always new ways to express its timeless essence. Some kinds of this wonderful art, exist in a traditional - spiritual context where the knowledge is passed from master to disciple, meanwhile others forms are free of this context and are based on the personal experience. It is difficult to say what it is, it is like being in love, for the one who feels it in the heart it means everything; but how we explain love to someone who doesn’t feel it?
Some of us have this “strange inner feeling”, an unexplainable search for something, an intuition that there is more than this normal and ordinary reality. That’s the beginning of the searching, we become “seekers” and it is also the beginning of the art of consciousness.
My way to share the “open secret” of the art of consciousness is, my artwork and writings. I have nothing to teach nor can I provide any answer. But maybe in some way or another throughout my work, someone can see the hidden beauty that is behind the veil of the egocentric existence.
